Increase human dignity and rights within the Criminal Justice System.

The current goals of BEST are:

Create a partnership and institutional diversion program between County Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, law enforcement and private practice therapists.

Progress:

Developing a collaborative grant to pilot a project in SCC to deliver integrated and improved services, including a prevention and sustainability methodology.
