We have a comprehensive, collaborative approach to the mental health care and criminal justice system.

The current goals of the Continuum of Care Team are:

Provide a mental health outreach and evaluation with a team of law enforcement and mental health professionals Provide a pre-intensive, pro-active ACT harm reduction team to interact, intercede, and divert from the criminal justice system Provide a collaborative client-centered approach to address the mental health diversion needs of incarcerated individuals Provide court ordered ACT services to reduce incarceration, hospitalization of seriously mentally ill adults/minors involved in the criminal justice system
